Taj, on Falsgrave road, have created a contemporary Indian restaurant yet maintaining a warm, homely atmosphere.
The staff are friendly and efficient and the pace of the meal is just right, not hurried but not too slow.
The food really is first class, from a wide menu of great dished, created by the chef/owner. We recommend the set menu, allowing total flexibility at a great price.
Do bear in mind that Taj is not licenced so bring your own alcohol; there is a convenience store just along the road. They do charge a very small corkage charge.
