The chief executive of Scarborough Museums and Galleries, Andrew Clay, is moving on after 17 years in this or a similar role. He came to Scarborough in 2007 to become director at the newly-created Woodend Creative Industries Centre, evolving into his current role.
He is not moving far in his new role, becoming general manager of Scarborough Sea Life Centre.
Whilst his replacement is sought heritage professional Sarah Oswald will step in.
